customer declined us to complete the job, we have a singed invoice saying he declined ud to due the second step of the job, so how are we to blame?

I believe we have already responded to this complaintAs we have stated she signed the contract for the work to be doneI will forward this again over to Fred and we will respond once again on a later date

people of the Revdex.com,mrs.***,tried to have extra work done on the side,when we found out about this,we tried to confront her about the issue,when we were going over this matter along with some bounced checks,her neighbor came over towards our truck,he started taking pitchers,when we asked him,why
hes was doing this,he grab for hes gun,the police were called.this matter has been forward over to the police dept.and because the police our involed now they stated to me that we have to let them due their work,before I can release anymore info.thanks *** acqua plumbing ***

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I never asked for the plumber to do work on the side I asked him the amount to redo the sink plumbing and he told me the amount. We agreed the total would be $2090.96. I tried to pay him with a debit card and he refused. He is the one trying to scam the business. Why would I want to hire him on the side? I also found he and his father lied about another check that [redacted] endorsed to [redacted] so they actually scammed an additional $585.96 for a total of $1,656.92 in addition to the $2000.00 they received. I shouldn't have to go through this simply hiring a plumber. They are the most dishonest people I have ever been around. The business should be closed before they pull this on other customers. I don,t have any interaction with my neighbor. That is between [redacted] who claims to be the owner and my neighbor. Maybe they ripped them off to. They should both be in jail. He claims [redacted] is his son. I want all three checks paid back to the third party check cashing service. They used [redacted] for the $595.96 check. I asked for the check back before I stopped payment and he brought a copy claiming it wasn't paid and it was. If I am the only person they have done this to then they are personally trying to destroy me. Sincerely,[redacted]

As you can clearly see on our invoice, we have a contract with [redacted], not this person or person(s) being mentioned regarding this complaint. We never have nor is there any documentation with this person and Acqua Plumbing entering into an agreement with this person making this complaint with us....
