I was hired By [redacted] of [redacted] to re-attach and re-install twenty (20) cabinet doorsHe was there with me the ENTIRE time I workedWhen I had finished a section of doors, I asked [redacted] to come and look at it to make sure it was okay by his standardsI plumbed and leveled ALL THE DOORS! The type of hinges [redacted] got are the CHEAP old ones that are screwed to the OUTSIDE of a cabinet as opposed to modern " concealed" hinges which are attached "Inside" the cabinetReason I'm telling you this is because [redacted] claims"damage" to CHEAP, OLD cabinet doors which I couldn't avoid nicking some corners, and very slight at thatI mentioned and showed [redacted] ***l EVERY little nick and he said it was okayI completed the job on Wedenesday1/25/and [redacted] ***l TEXTS me on Sunday MORNING 1/29/to complain about my work

I am rejecting this response because:  I was not shown every nick he had made and did not agree it was ok.  The man is a liar.  He has caused a lot of damage to doors I had worked on for a month.  He had split some of the wood  due to improperly affixing the hinges, which are not cheap, he did not put screws in all the way they are on angles and not all the way in; he never once mentioned that to me. A master carpenter would have never done the job if the hinges were not the correct ones as I was told  by a number of people in the cabinet business that are willing to testify for me.  I have pictures to show the damage this man has made. The man took his money and left without giving me a receipt.  I now have to correct the mess he has made at an additional expense.  I am not satisfied with the with the disaster he has created and would like to keep this complaint on the Revdex.com to prevent any other people from being taken by this non professional so called master carpenter.  I will probably see him in court for the additional expense he has created.Hoping that you can resolved this issue [redacted]
