I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and feel quite frustrated. They had adequate time to repair this last season. I want this fixed by "the experts" so I will accept their promise to have fixed by April 15, 2015. However, what recourse do I have when this is not completed since it was promised so many times before? An entire year went by and it wasn't resolved! That is a long time to wait for someone to fix their error.

Review: They upgraded my pool summer of 2013. In the process there were numerous problems. Most were slowly resolved last summer with the exception of one item that was to be addressed upon the opening of the pool this summer, 2014. This was promised by owner, [redacted]. They messed up the wiring in the control panel and left a fuse out. When the fuse was replaced the patio lights come on constantly.

I have emailed, phoned, left voice mails, spoke to his mom, [redacted] and service manager, [redacted]. I spoke directly to [redacted] in October 2013 and he promised to fix any and all problems when the pool was re-opened in May 2014. The summer is over and I plan to close my pool soon. The electrical wiring needs to be resolved.Desired Settlement: I want the job finished and at this point I deserve a refund of some type for all of the trouble this has caused.
