I am rejecting this response because:I never continually yelled or screamed at anyoneI yelled once, when it was clear that the business did not care about honoring their commitmentsThe thermostats have not been "continually moved." They have not been moved at allEverBy myself or my husbandThey were installed in the original locations and left thereIt was agreed that they would be placed where the old thermostats were and they have not been moved by usThe first two thermostats failed outright and were replaced the next day by the companyAgain, they were never movedThe third and currently failing thermostat was not moved until their tech moved it into the upstairs, where it still isI never agreed to relocating the thermostat permanently to the second floor as it controls half the house, upstairs and downIt was never made known to me that anything of the sort would be necessaryThe last technician to come here said that I would receive a call from the business owner the following morning (last Tuesday), and no calls from AC&R have been received from me since at allThis company clearly does not respect my home, or their commitments, OR their warrantyFurthermore, they clearly have no problem lying to the Revdex.comThey have still made no attempts to correct any of these issues
Regards,

Good Morning Revdex.com,On 1/18/2018 at 8:30 am AC&R Heating, Cooling and Plumbing Inc. went out to the customers property to investigate the customers complaint of their microwave making the circuit trip. It was determined that the intermittent tripping of the circuit has nothing to...

do with the installation of the refrigerated air unit. There is Pre-existing wiring of the property that is causing nuisance tripping. Their is existing illegal wiring, the bedroom remodel, old swamp cooler circuit, kitchen circuit are all tied in illegally causing an overload to the circuit. Pre-existing Electrical wiring of remodel was ran incorrectly. AC&R Heating, Cooling and Plumbing Inc. has no problem fixing this Pre-existing wiring at an additional cost to the customer. We have advised the customer that moving the microwave to the other side with the correct kitchen wiring would solve the problem at no cost.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:the work and the excuses are sloppy. As is the case in many older homes, electrical wiring may not be up to code at a given time. That is not "illegal"; it's simply outdated, as a result of the passage of time. Furthermore, the reason for contacting the Revdex.com is because AC&R refused to respond to multiple requests to even assess the problem, much less fix it.It is not the consumer's responsibility to understand the details & requirements of electrical code. It is a reasonable assumption for a consumer to expect a company to do their professional diligence before moving forward with a job. i.e. determining that there is enough capacity to support the AC system that will be installed. If this was not assessed by the company, prior to the work being done, why should the consumer now be responsible for repairs/rewiring in order to make this right? Prior to starting the work, AC&R should have properly assessed the home and informed the home owner of potential problems/have made recommendations based on their professional expertise, to ensure the job would be well done. No recommendations were made.
