Review: I had contacted **. [redacted] on February 4, 2014. We agreed through email that I would receive a Boundary Survey and a Plan of Survey done to my property. I was told because of inclement weather he was unable to start the outside work; however, he was able to begin the research. I sent him a $500 check, which was deposit, to begin the project which was on March 3. On April 3rd, he came to my property to do measurements and put stakes in my ground which was visible when I came home from work that day. The turn around time was two weeks. It is now May 16th and I feel I am being ignored. I have reached out in contacting him through his office and cell phone; however, I receive no replies. I have now resorted to communicating through email. On April 16th, I was told the plan will be completed. I still didn't receive anything. On May 8th, I was told the Boundary survey was completed and he "Hope to work on the plan that weekend". I contacted him on May 14th saying this is causing stress for my family and I for we need the measurements to give to the architect so we can get approval to start construction since we are expecting. I even mentioned I would pay for the Boundary Survey and we can discuss on how we want to handle the Plan of Survey since I am not sure when it will be completed. I heard nothing. I sent him another email on May 16th stating his April 16th comments that the Plan of Survey was suppose to be completed "...early next week". I am at the point that I feel I being ignored, as well as, that he may have overbooked himself and is unable to complete the job.Desired Settlement: I want to receive the Boundary survey since it is completed and I already put 3/4 of a complete payment for it.

Two things could happen for the Plan of Survey:

1. Complete it since it is technically "overdue" according to the email exchanges that the job will be completed in two weeks. Once I receive it, then I will pay for it.

2. Since it is overdue and doesn't seem to be near completion, then I do not want it.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: [redacted] PE was hired to do engineering and survey of the property located at [redacted] in October of 2012 and said it would take 2 to 3 weeks to give me the information needed to obtain permits to submit to the Borough of [redacted] and as of today 4-27-2013 he has not given me the information and details of what is needed to get the permits. After repeated calls in April 2013 he finally gave me a 1 page print that was to be submitted and it was all wrong and the borough had rejected it. After giving him 3500.00 for the print and copies I feel that not only does he not know what he is doing or it would have been correct but he mislead and lies to me the customer and has yet to meet my expectations or the Borough of [redacted] requirements.Desired Settlement: Finish the Job within 2 weeks that you have been paid for or admit that you are not capable of performing the necessary documentation and give me a full refund and I will not sue you for loss of income for the above foresaid property
