Review: Acreation Models sells aftermarket decals for model kits. On 16 Feb 2014 I ordered a set of decals (2009 Enterprise Aztec Decals - Blue) and, via PayPal, Acreation billed me the amount of $42.50. This billing is documented on my bank statement; Acreation did receive the funds. The website would not accept the order until the item was listed as "in stock". Given that the item was presumably in stock when the order was accepted, then it is reasonable to assume that the item would be delivered within a few days. However, as of this date (18 April) it has now been two months since the order date, and I have not received the item. I have sent 3 e-mails to the company, on 12 March, 28 March and 12 April, asking the status of the order. I have received no response to any of these e-mails.Desired Settlement: I would like immediate delivery of the item that I paid for. If that is not possible, then I would like a refund. I would also like an explanation for the delay, and for why there was no response to my communication.
