Acres and Sons sent Mitchell to repair a small leak in a pipe in my wallThe leak was back worse one hour latermore charges if wanted fixed
At 3:pm on Friday 7/29/I called Acres and Sons with an emergency leak in my shower wall forcing me to shut all water off in my homeI was informed this would be charged at time and a halfWhen Mitchell, the technician arrived he stated he could repair He soldered and patched a small area of the pipeHe told me that if it leaked again we would require all of the piping in our home replaced and assured me their company could do this workhours after he left the leak reoccurred with even more forceI had a more experienced plumber come and see the situation and he explained the repair had been done very improperly and that the soldering Mitchell did so close to other pipe joints would heat and melt the solder joint and this is why the pipe was leaking worse than everHe stated the entire pipe could have easily been replaced
