Review: I have mentioned many times that our fridge is leaking water. Someone came to look at it many, many months ago. He said there was too much in the freezer, then he said it was from the striping and seal on the fridge. The seal did not get replaced.

Every single day I would have to wipe underneath the fridge because water would come pouring out.

I waited over 2 hours on Thursday 1/14/16, for the fridge and no one showed, no one called.

Then Saturday 1/16/16 I waited for over 2 hours for the guy to show up with the fridge. He arrives with no dolly, no way to carry either fridge. There would have been no way he could have carried BOTH fridges by himself. Lucky I had help from the neighbor.

Since the delivery man had a camper shell on his truck, the fridge was laying down, I had to wait ANOTHER hour to plug the fridge in to let the oils settle. That's ANOTHER hour that my food is sitting out.

Sunday 1/17/16, 24 hours have passed and the fridge and freezer are not meeting the adequate temperatures. Frozen foods are now thawed, milk is at room temperature. After an email, another fridge is to be delivered Monday 1/18/16. When the fridge shows up, there is white painted splattered on the outside. The ice and water dispenser is caked with dust and dirt. The inside smells like it has been sitting with food (which there was food inside) for a very long time. Once the delivery man is told, from me that I am refusing this fridge, he calls the mail contact [redacted]. I speak to [redacted], explaining what the situation is. He precedes to tell me that I (the renter) can clean the fridge and he will deduct $50.00 from my rent, or he can have someone come out to clean it. I express my disappointment and frustration with not receiving a decent fridge.

.Desired Settlement: I would like my fridge to be replaced with a clean and working fridge, not either or. I would prefer the fridge to be white to match the appliances and kitchen. I am very disappointed in the way this has played out. I shouldn't have to be dealing with something that is not my responsibility. As a renter these should not be my responsibilities. This company has no emergency contact if something happens on a weekend or holiday. I can not speak to someone who is reasonable as a owner.
