Called to order 2 keys for my time recorder. Plant had a skeleton crew due to weather. Person asked someone if they sold keys , apparently the answer was yes and it would be $10.00 for 2 keys. I assumed that was the total price and she did not indiccate they would be charging for shipping. Upon receipt of the 2 keys, which cost $10.00, they charged me $13.07 to send them. I called them regarding the high price that was charged for shipping 2 small keys, $13.07. I thought a reputable company would work with me, but they took the hardlione saying that is our cost. Their emploiee should have told me then that there would be a large fee, $300 more then the cost of the fee, and let me consider if I wante to pursue that course, or just buy a new lock with keys that now would have been cheaper.
