I called AHS because my hot water heater died They sent out Acrown and after diagnosing the issue they needed to replace the tank I was told that I would have to pay $in code upgrades Acrown replaced the tank and they were never able to get it lit Two other plumbing companies said that there was an issue with the venting that Acrown denied it was a venting issue After more than three weeks of fighting with them, Acrown finally said that they would redo the venting After that it worked! As for the code upgrades, they used galvanized steel instead of copper pipes I asked another plumber to fix the screwup Acrown and I would pay for it The response was, "I would never touch that c...y job" All the issues have been documented and are now in the hands of my attorney and a complaint has been filed with the Revdex.com This company stole from me and lied to me [redacted] !
