I do not understand why the complaint was filed. The payment plan was acceptable. She can call 1-*** to set up the arrangement and go into more detail about the account
The comment made that my payment was accepted is not true. If it was why would a payment not have been made. I had to go through my daughters mail who has been out of the country since July to find additional information. The only mail addressed to me was by [redacted] with my name mispelled and my address wrong I correct that the first time I called thier office. the neighbor gave me the letter dated 11/2/2016. Parson Bishop did not sent anything in my name. I understand I cosigned. So now the strong arm is since the college kid cannot pay do your best to ruin the co-signers credit. I found a [redacted] on line tool. I called them they were able to get me in the system and I will make my payments through the billing highway. I do think I have some rights. Trashing my credit and hanging that over my head during the phone conversation is not going to get any more money paid. I want this out of the attorny's hand and let me make the payments on line. Again I do not disagree that I made a big mistake by cosigning for this and I have to pay it. But purposley doing your best to make someone feel that they are the sm of the earth is unnecesary. Guess what [redacted] you did not repond to my inquiries becasue you have 1 person in your office that is always in court and the only person that can make payment arrangements. Try being accountable yourself. Refrain from contacting me. I am paying on the billinghighway and paying what I can. I have nothing more to give.
We left a message for our client letting them know of payment on 7/8/15. What they do with that information after that is up to them. I did speak to [redacted] today which she informed me she had already posted the payment to her account. We have done what we were supposed to do. I am mailing out a...

I am a bit confused on what my next step it. I have left several messages and left my debit card information on the voice mail of the person I was directed to contact. In my message it stated to pay 100.00 a month. I have not received any feedback.
this is a continued complaint id#[redacted].......Since the only way to get parson bishop to respond is through the Revdex.com that is what I will have to do. I have no left 2 messages today on [redacted];'s voice mail [redacted] to set up a payment plan of $100.00 per month. I called back a second time and actually left my CC number on her voice mail. Tis will be now 6 calls to this direct line. How are you a collection service if you do not answer you phines to collect. I want to pursue that this company gave incorrect information to the attorny that they turned me over to and my neighbor received my billing from the atty office. they balmed that on you. I think that is a privacy issue that I need explained.pick up you phone. respond to me by e-mail [redacted]....I would like a detailed apology for sending my mail to the wrong address the only piece of mail sent in my name. and would like to know why you do not answer the phones. confirm you have my cc info and when the first $100.00 will be applied. and detailed info in that e-mail on how I make monthly payments
