ACS Education services a *** student loan on behalf of World Learning, Inc SIT Graduate Institute, the holder of the loan. World Learning is in the process of liquidating their *** loan portfolio and are returning the loan back to the Department of Education for servicing. Any negative credit bureau reporting that was reported for this loan was deleted as of 2/28/when this loan was assigned to the Department of Education. Notification to this customer about the liquidation of the World Learning *** program are being mailed to the customer's Canton, MI address by World Learning. The customer should contact World Learning if they have any further questions regarding the status of their loan.*** ***

Hello-As this student loan holder indicated, the previous documents she submitted regarding the name change, when it was scanned into our imaging system became illegible.  Please request that she email me directly a legible copy of her license or a copy of her marriage license.  Hopefully...

Good Morning-In order to assist us in locating this customer's account, please have the customer provide the ACS account number that is reflected on the credit report.  Also, please provide the type of loan which ACS serviced, the name of the college/university from which the loan was received,...

Complaint: [redacted]Hello,I have already provided the account information shown on my credit report. The account ends in [redacted].As far as type of loan, since I no longer have an account with ACS, there's no way for me to login and pull this information up. I also have no way to locate my entire account number, as this entry on the [redacted] credit report crosses out everything but the last four digits. The loan was received through the University of [redacted] at Ann Arbor. Having my name, the last four digits of my account, and the University should allow you to find my records. Again, since you've already had the item removed from my [redacted] report, I hope you'll promptly remove it from [redacted]. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
