I have investigated the circumstances regarding the complaint, and they appear to be a bit different from Ms*** explananationMs*** is correct in the fact that she spoke with Melissa during the afternoon of October 22nd, Ms*** inquired about setting up a payment arrangement
for her account in which Melissa replied "no", simply because Ms*** has defaulted on previous arrangements in the office multiple times in the period 2010-It was then that Ms*** requested to speak with the person that answered the phone, in which Melissa replied "no." Melissa then explained that this was due to the fact that the person answering the phone was simply fielding a phone call and does not handle payment arrangementsMelissa is a full time collector and supervisor, and will be the one to handle Ms*** account now and in the future
