Ian from Accountable Climate Solutions came to my home yesterday, to repair my a/c. He went up into the attic then came down with pictures on his cell phone and told me that they were of my a/c and I had a 90% blockage from mold on my evaporator coils.
He asked me to look so I went up on the ladder. I saw a little rust on the coils, he said you can't really see where the mold is located, but showed the pictures again. He said that was why the a/c was not working and that it was a hazard. He said that he could clean the mold - but it would not be covered by my home warranty and he would not work on my a/c without removing the mold. He was very aggressive and used foul language.
I called the home warranty company and asked for a second opinion. They scheduled another contractor. In the mean time, I called another, local a/c repair company and they were able to come out the same evening. The contractor inspected - and repaired - my a/c. He took all of the covers off and looked inside the unit. He said that I DO NOT HAVE MOLD - the a/c is older and slightly discolored but NO MOLD.
The next morning I checked my records and found that Accountable Climate Solutions came out a few months ago and repaired my a/c (contractor's name is Dejvan). He inspected the outside unit, took the covers off, just like Ian did, and inspected the unit in the attic - eventually he replaced the thermostat and that fixed the problem. Dejvan found no evidence of mold - Ian is a scammer, trying to make money removing mold that does not exist!! Beware of this company and this contractor!!!

My experience with ACS Home Services in West Palm has been nothing less than amazing. I saw my air conditioning system cleaned like never before! It's not cheap to get things done the right way. But every penny spent was worth the quality of services I received yesterday. A technician was sent to my house to inspect my old AC. I had a feeling no matter who was out here would recommend for me to replace it. ACS focused on cleaning it, and getting it to optimal levels. The system is so clean I can wait sometime longer to replace. Because of this thorough tech sent by ACS, I can now save up some money to replace my AC soon. It will last me through the summer and I will be calling ACS in September to replace my central air conditioning. Again, the prices with them are not so cheap, but you get what you pay for. The last 1 truck guy I had was very affordable, but the quality of services compared nothing close to ACS. Thanks to ACS for their great work ethic and experience.

I have recognized this company due to their professionalism and speedy service. They are my service providers and I am extremely pleased with their semi-annual services. I have an ac system from them that is immaculate. Can't thank them enough for keeping it pure. I live n Palm Beach Island where we all have multi-million dollar homes. I trust to let no other company in my home than ACS Home Services. They respect my house when their technicians where these cute little booties to keep mud out of my house. I am impressed to say the least.

He educated us while he serviced our unit. He also cleaned up after himself. We were extremely impressed with the level of service we received and will continue to use this company.

I have a winter home in Tampa. My air conditioner was not cooling. I called a local air conditioning company who came out and essentially told me I would have to replace the whole unit. The repair would have cost more or at least as much as a new unit. The cost was more then I had to spend at this time. I ended up calling ACS Home Services in Tampa. A gentleman came out and spent a considerable amount of time looking it over, testing and whatever else. He told me I had a leak in the coil and was loosing refrigerant. He quoted me a price I could afford and it could be done quickly. I hired ACS Home Services and I am very pleased with the work completed. The workers were professional and left everything clean before they left. I'm happy to say the air conditioning is working well. I was also pleased they guaranteed all their work.

Jacob was the best AC man so far, and we highly recommend him.
