I am attempting to address the complaint filed against my store, the customer is mistaken and overreacting, as well as giving incorrect information? My clerk attempted to charge per pack, not the disputed 6.47.Our stores are equipped with high def cameras, audio, as well as a electronically recorded register journal I have reviewed all information available, the customer is mistaken, our clerk tried to charge the customer per pack of timeless time cigarettes which is 10% correctly our price? In attempting to make peace with this customer I even asked for a receipt of the alleged overcharge, which she claimed to have, but never produced? Furthermore I reviewed the full WEEK of video, audio and the register journals for any mistaken charges, and found none? I will be more than happy to present all evidence supporting my case.Furthermore my investigation proves, that the customer in question never even made a purchase at the date in question, just heard the price and walked out?
