It was a pleasure working with ACS roofing. They were responsive, polite and professional. No high pressure sales and responded to all my questions. Although my roof has many years on it, they were able to make roof repairs that will allow me to go at least a few more years without having to completely re-roof. After failed attempts to get a roofer out to my home for an inspection, I called ACS Roofing and they were at my home the next day to inspect the roof. I had a lot of broken/chipped tiles and some flashing needed to be repaired or replaced. ACS was organized and sent me a contract to sign and from there all recommendations were fixed. ACS is the best roofer around. I would most definitely use them again when needed. Thank you ACS for making the client feel special.

They came out promptly and inspected the roof. It took a few days to get the estimate but only because it was extremely detailed. They provided pictures and detailed descriptions of what had to be done. The repair was done quickly and painlessly. If I have a problem with the roof again, I know who to call!

From the original sales contact until completion ACS was very professional. Being a licensed contractor myself they executed the complete process as we were all taught and should operate under. The paper work was organized professionally, the install staff was professional, organized, willing to share thoughts and suggestions, and wanted to install the quality roof we had requested.
