I am responding to complaint to the complaint by *** ***, which, is an obviously ,blatant attempt to slander my company ,with lies and deceptions and the many key details , in which he blatantly omitted to his boss and the Revdex.comI received a call
by MR. ***'S secretary, regarding construction work, of building a wall ,feet long ,feet high , equipped with a 36xdoorI went to their location to access the layout and give them my bid, while there it was apparent they had already hire a contractor, because the material was on site and the construction work was started, in they had to fire the contractor, because the contractor didn't have insurance , which was required by the property owner, in which ,MR***, and his secretary took time to review the rental agreement, I was asked by the secretary do I have insurance, and was told , that they accept my bid and proof of insurance would be require to receive the down payment and the work could start, I told her I would bring the insurance to her the next day, in which I did, I provided her with my proof of my company's one million general liability insurance policy, she looked it over , we discuss a start date and she released the down payment for the work to startI get a call two days later that they also need workman compensation insurance, which was never discuss in previous meeting, again no one in this office took time to read the rental agreementI immediately to her the workman compinsurance would change the bid, and refer to calling her boss, MR.***I call him and explain to him that it would not be a problem to get the workman comp insurance but it cost additional cost of $, he agreed, and I explained to him , that the down payment I received from them , I will apply it to the payment to get the workman comp insurance policy, everything was agreed upon ,I told I will call him later after I talk to my agentI call my agent and got a quote , which was too much, then call another agent and started the process, and we schedule to meet two days later, we met and finished the paperwork, I was told by the she was sending the paperwork over soon as she get the actual policy back, she will me to fax it or I can pick it up, gave the agent number to the customer fax as well as mine. MR.***, was pressed for time because class was starting soon, he didn't have the wall up yet,, he lied to his boss to cover up their poor planning, I was told by MR***, if the policy does not come in the next day by noon , he will go with another contractor, I said ok ,its your decision ,I get a text from him later that day , he hiring another contractor. I get a call from him several days later demanding the refund , I explain to him ,I was released by him d more importantly I did not gain any money, from our deal because he knew the money was for the workman comp insurance, which he agreed to and that I can not get a refund if I cancel the policy, MR*** became outraged and began cursing I simply hung up the phone , over the next several weeks was constantly calling me with threats from his cell phone , and the several office line , I would simply continue to hang up on him, this further outrage him, I finally answer the phone to ask him to stop calling me with the threatsto my shock, he took it to a deep an personal level with racist remarks and rants , I was on a lunch break with two other employees, I switched my cell phone to speaker so they could hear , he was still cursing and threatening me about what he was going to destroy my company and what he was going to do to me, It was total disrespectful behavior, my response to his tirade, I get back to ST.LOUIS in couple of days , call me , he immediately to the police department and said I threaten him , he sent me a text couple hours later ,that I can't come near the property and that he call the his boss and explain it too him I just laugh , this guy was a loose cannon, and it was confirmed two days later, when I replaced a defected cell phone battery in my second phone, I had several messages on it, one from a detective to call him, call him immediately, we was talking, it became very clear that MR*** was deceitfully lying to the detective, when asked , do you have his business card , he responded ,no , which was a lye, do you have a contract , his response was no which was another lye ,but told detective I have his number , he didn't give the detective the number he was calling me on , he gave him the secondary number, I immediately fax him a copy of contract and business and he apologized I quote (I knew it was something about this guys story was missing , no business card ,no contract, but cut him a check) and ask the detective, how did he get this number, then, he laugh , and said this concocted this whole story, he said I am taking this to my boss and this will be dismissed, you have a good dayMR.*** has done the same thing to the Revdex.com, about the facts , this guy has major issues , I guess this what he means when he said he will destroy my company , my response to MR*** is still the same GOD IS BIGGER THAN THR DEVIL

CONCLUSION;  MR.[redacted] , has not been honest in complaint to the Revdex.com, nor to the detective, in his attempt to slander my company, if you read his complaint , you can see the same type of behavior in which I describe n my rebuttal to his complaint, his last statement says it all about his attempt to slander my company, the police is looking for me, now please understand a the time he wrote this post he knew that the detective dropped this case because of his lies and deceitful suspicious behavior, you would think he would move on and let it go , but no , he can't , he contacts the Revdex.com, in his last attempt  in his words, destroy me, I will be looking forward to our arbitrator hearing with the Revdex.com, I have phone records of his calls from office and cell phone, well after he release me from our agreement, which will be validated by witness testimony and a time line of sequence of events by MR. [redacted] and his secretary , I have contacted my attorney , because I will fight this blatant attempt , to slander my company with dishonest information, this is a serious matter , and we will treat this in the same nature by all means, including a lawsuit against on MR [redacted] and the company whom he is employed by , THANK YOU
