After purchasing tile from Actfor a kitchen backsplash I was happy with my purchase so I decided to have them contract the work on the install This is the point where my good experience with Actended I live about miles where they are located and asked if this distance would be an issue and I was told it would not be Once I decided to schedule the work and make a deposit I had to call several times to try and get the work scheduled even though I was assured someone would call me to schedule the job, no one ever did The weekend before the job was supposed to be completed I still had not received a firm date even after paying my deposit, so once again I called them to find out what was going on When one of their employees, Brian, called me back he said he was waiting on me to respond to his email, of which I never received, because there was a $out of town fee being added This fee was never mentioned before and was about a 25% increase of my small job After putting up with enough of their poor customer service I canceled the job and now I am left with an unfinished kitchen just in time for my family to come and visit
