These people are Frauds !! I ordered a set and they said they would ship it the next day and I paid for shipping When I asked for a shipping number they gave me one that said they were going to ship sent me a receipt that said prefer was completeI looked up the tracking by number and it said the usps never received the package the number was only to say they promised to ship I called no answer ! I emailed no answer after that !!! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD
I placed an order with Act Lock & Key (BumpKeyUsa.com) which I have yet to recieveIt's been over months, after numerous attemps to contact the owner via phone and E-mail, still no response nor feedback from their customer service department on the statusAct Lock & Key (BumpKeyUsa.com) did charge the full amount to my account, and hasn't responded to my refund demandI believe this Company possibly is a scam, after seeing other customers reporting the same type of complaintI warn everyone to not buy from them, and wish the government take immediate legal actions to revoke or suspend their business license until all disputes are corrected
