the system has never worked properly and with a number of calls to monitoring station. Contractor states to us that it was working. installed Nov 30 we called them a week after it was installed letting them know that our remotes were not working . They came out a week later after a number of calls to monitoring system to install a booster antenna . On friday jan 20th we contacted montoring station to do a test of the system twice and they were unable to pick up any signal .We asked to be sched for service they referred us back to owner [redacted] act 2 be secure. Contacted [redacted] and he contacted us back an hour later he contacted monitoring station told us it is working. (its not)

I then contacted monitoring station back and told them he is stating it is working I need service! Monitoring station contacted him and transferred him to me since he had yet to return my second call. I spoke to [redacted] and he said the soonest he could get out was on tuesday told him that was unacceptable that Im paying for a service that doesnt work and to transfer my contract to someone that is willing and can work with me since he said he doesnt work on weekends. He was not able to accomodate me with the hours that I work so therefor I have to take time off work to accomodate his hours and lose more money. When we hung up he said he would be out at 9 am monday. Which will result in me losing time at work which I had to the other previous time .
