We are sorry that Mr*** feels that Awas unfairly trying to collect amounts owed from him. Under the terms of its agreement with Mr***, Ahad a legal and binding agreement in place and Mr*** failed to deliver a formal notice of
cancelation prior to the renewal cut-off date. Therefore, our agreement automatically renewed and Awas entitled to the full amount invoiced.
