Act One Take One Photo and Video

My wife and I purchased a video package for our wedding in [redacted] of [redacted] As of today [redacted] we have still not recieved our video.After Act one take one did our video I spoke with the business owner [redacted] upon our return from our honeymoon in mid [redacted]. [redacted] stated to us that the video would be done by the end of the month. At the end of the month my wife called to get a status on the video he stated to her that this takes time and it would be a while before the video was completed. I then called [redacted] at the beginning of [redacted] and asked about the status. he stated to me he needed the songs that we chose. I sent him the songs. after giving him the month of [redacted] to work on the video I tried to contact [redacted] at in[redacted] all my attempts were unsucessful. I finally reached [redacted] at the end of [redacted] He stated to me he was dealing with some medical issues and he had been laid up for a while. I was patient and gave him another month. I then contacted him in [redacted] and asked again what the status was. He said to me that he was almost finished and that all he needed was the songs that I sent to him in [redacted] of [redacted] after calling him and dealing with him for the last several months I am fed up. I spoke with him at the beginning of [redacted] and he stated to me that the video would be ready on[redacted], and that he would mail it to me. He has ignored all my further phone calls and emails to this point.Desired SettlementI would like a refund of the money that I have spent, [redacted] and any and all footage associated with my wedding so I can hire someone else to do the job.
