I purchased 2 granite tabletops - one was a 40 x 60 the other was a 20 x 60. They were to be fabricated and cut from the same quality and color of granite.

I went to the subcontractors business ([redacted]) location on 8-7-13 and viewed a "sample" piece of the color and quality granite to be used for my tabletops.

I received delivery of both tabletop pieces on 8-9-13.

Once delivered I noticed one piece was the exact color, quality and finish expect based on the granite piece I viewed on 8-7-13.

The second piece WAS NOT of the same color, quality or finish as the first piece. I have photos of both pieces if necessary.

I contacted the salesman, Kevin, 10 minutes after delivery of tabletops to inform him of the issue. I received no answer so I left a message informing him there was an issue with one of the tabletops. I then called the business phone number of the subcontractor who supplied the granite to ACT and spoke with the owner and requested the delivery men come back and pick up the defective piece. Owner informed me that it was too late in the day to have them come back, even though they could not have been more than 10 minutes from my home, and that he would speak with [redacted] about the tabletop issue and that [redacted] would be calling me back about it. I received a text from [redacted] and his response was that they would be out on Monday 8-12-13 - by that I assumed it would be to get the tabletop piece. He also said he would call me asap. I never did receive that call on 8-9-13.

Monday 8-12-13 I called [redacted] several times and left messages regarding this issue. I then called the business office of the subcontractor who supplied the granite to ACT and he informed me that I had to deal with [redacted] from ACT to get this issue resolved. I have since spoken with both [redacted] from ACT Services Inc. and [redacted] from [redacted] Granite and believe either one does not want to resolve this issue.
