Our company is aware of this situation - I took the call from *** with Met Life Insurance on March 15, 2017, at 1:00pm letting me know what was going on. The roofing subcontractor, Arrcon Enterprises LLC, that was hired to do this job is aware of this situation and I provided
*** all of his contact information (full name, phone number, email address, company's physical address). Our company paid Arrcon Enterprises LLC on January 30, 2017, for *** *** job and Arrcon Enterprises LLC provides a One Year Warranty for each job our company pays them for. The Salesman/Project Manager, *** ***, is aware of this situation, also. The Salesman/Project Manager is responsible for handling his/her own projects that they sell. *** *** did let our company know about the leak situation and informed us that he took dryers to *** *** home. I am assuming he called Arrcon Enterprises LLC, also, at that time. Our company thought everything was taken care of until I received the call from *** with Met Life on March 15. I will be more than happy to help in any way I can because this is not the outcome for our company's outstanding service after years in business (May 01, 2017). Thank you, *** ***
