This contractor was referred to us by [redacted] that later fired him from their remodel due to unsatisfactory work The [redacted] of this company represented himself as a contractor able to complete a kitchen and floor remodel with workers that were screened and able to follow instructions and complete a job in a timely mannerThe [redacted] agreed to remodel using workers that were honest and reliable and that he would manage the workers and the jobWe are left with a mess that results in unanswered calls and messages and apparent disregard of our agreement It is our intention to either have this company respond to our complaint and settle the differences The process began in April and we moved furniture out of the house to begin the remodel Workers were sent in and we were assured that they would be supervised by the [redacted] of the company It involved both the kitchen remodel and installation of hardwood flooring We were living in one of the bedrooms during this process, perking
I met with [redacted] on 04/10/at my home to discuss installing granite in my kitche and bathroomsWe talked about everything I wanted and went over the priceHe agreed to start the job on April 14th and it would be completed April 15thWe agreed on with me paying the plummer 200.00-Three men showed up on April 15th installed the granite took photos, I asked if they were doing the backsplash they said no, by this time [redacted] showed up and said a lady would be out to completed my backsplashi waited until 5pm no one showed, he called and said the person truck broke downApril 15th she shows up and complete the backsplash, while installing the backsplash it was noticed the granite backsplash was short and one of the granite slabs was not pushed back far enough [redacted] said he would be back Monday to fix it, told me it was not a big dealIt's not may 2nd and I have had different crews come to my house and my kitchen has not been repairedi had to reac
