This company, in my opinion is taking advantage of people who desperately would love to become debt free I paid plus for them to so call send in paper report that could have been done for free with federal student loanI sent in all the information requested twice and nothingI really want my money backThey did nothing I have not heard a word from this company since taking mu moneyI thought everything was being put in motion However, Fed Loan has no idea what im talking about with this company Very heart breaking to be taken advantage of
So far ive have had a positive experience with Action Admin Services...and also the process went very wellIm currently with Great Lakes and they have receives all correspondance and have process my pay stubs to reflec PAY AS YOU EARN all my loans are cosolidatedvery low payments ive dealth with katherine exp
I've had no problems with this company thus far I am very happyThe company seems to be legit, I've never once felt as if it was a scam in anywayThey have sent me documents to account for all transactionsI have a wonderful representative who is helping me along the way, her name is Azsa PattonI think there is so many companies out there claiming to be working the student loan forgivness program, so I can understand it can get a little scary, but I believe Action Administration is not one of those companies

I owed 2 more payment of almost 100 dollars and I could not get a hold of them to finish paying and they took like almost 100 a month from me for a year or more and did not a thing for me now I have been stolen from and still am in debt up to my ears with student loans..... thanks for stealing what may have been good or cloths for my kid with promises of help and no action.
