Action Appliance Repair

I have a Samsung refrigerator that needed ice maker repair, visits, parts replaced, $to this company, little response( I had to call myself to find out about when they would return) a couple of no shows, I'm doneThey are also understaffed

Do NOT use this company! They do not have a valid office on Nakoma (I went there to talk with the owner and found it empty with an old desk and a phone that was disconnected)My phone calls were answered by a secretary at her homeI was promised a refund for service never done and I have never heard from them sinceOriginal scheduled service call was a "no show"I called to find out why and given some excuse, but never a call to say they weren't comingThey rescheduled saying they would "work around my availability", I stayed home all day, but did not show until pm on a Friday nightTechnician diagnosed my problem, took a deposit of $for the part but had no invoices with which to give me a receiptHe apologized and asked for paper to write me a receipt for my checkPromised to order and install first thing the next weekNo show or call the next week as promisedI called and found out part had not been ordered (it was no longer available) and expressed my dissatisfaction and requested refundThey wanted to refund less service charge! But their service had been unacceptable! (no return phone calls, not coming when they said they would, no courtesy calls)....the list of my complaints could go onEven talked with owner, MrKen G***, who finally called me back and gave me an explanation on an appliance that I had not even had examined (then realizing he was returning someone else's call!) MrG***'s requested more time to pay back my refund because of wife in hospitalI was compassionate and granted timeNever heard back, never received refundI feel like this business is a total fraud and wonder how many others have been "taken" as I wasStay away from this company!

We called *** today; he got back to us fast and within a few hours on the same day he arrivedMost impressive was his calls to keep us informed of his timingOur Washing Machine was shutting down and sending codes for problems*** worked hard to find the reason and keep the cost lowI am very impressed with the work, attitude and ***'s overall personality, so seldom seen todayWe are loyal to good service and good people; *** is now our go to guy for appliances

*** Came out on a Saturday Morning in between callsAssessed the situation, found the problem, even though he did not have the part neededHe made a phone call to a colleague to try and get the part soonerBy 11am Monday and a Holiday it was fixed*** was professional, courteous and very cleanHe arrived when he stated and in a well marked vehicleI would recommend him to those in need of appliance repair

Everything is totally the save. They prey on sympathetic people.Someone was ALWAYS sick or in the hospita!

No need to look any further for appliance repair, ACTION will take care of you. I called late this morning and described my issue to [redacted], and he immediately knew what the problem was just from me describing the issue I have been having with my washing machine. He even told me how to fix it if I wanted to try to fix it myself, which could have cost him a job. I appreciated this, really told me a lot about him. I decided to still have him come out and show me how to fix the issue this time, and he did so for a flat $75. Very much worth it. He was at my place less than two hours after my initial call. He was very personable and knew exactly what he was doing as promised. The issue was fixed in less than a half hour and I was back to washing clothes. Very happy with ACTION's response and work. Will definitely use them again!

Deimy was able to come the day after I called about a broken washing machine. He texted when he was on his way (two minutes b/4 the two hour window for our appointment). Being a stay at home mom, I don't love having repair people in the house, but he was friendly and professional and even helped me with a separate installation project I had! I can not say enough about how nice he is and how comfortable I felt having him in my home. I will definitely being calling again should I need any future appliance help.
