I have been going back and forth with Shane Company in Greenwood Village, co for yearsThe bottom line is I provided them with a ton of business, and had my wedding ring checked every monthsHowever when my diamond fell out of my ring in the staff not only blamed me but asked me to never shop there againAs of late I posted a complaint on their facebook page and much to my surprise they responded by having me send in another email to [email protected] did that Sunday of last week (today is Th) and I have not had so much of an acknowledgement this was receivedI'm so tired of this fightI have not just been holding my breath for years but I have also looked in to small claims etcI would never shop at the Shane Co again unless by the grace of God this was resolved and I continue to tell my story to any potential customers that I cross paths withI'm devastated, humiliated and exhausted

I'm writing to make buyers bewareJust bought a $10k ringMy fiancé wore months and the diamond became so loose you could spin itNext I noticed ring was cut in half to resize it It was never reconnectedYour can literally separate where it was supposedly reconnectedI wish I could post a picture

I have been a customer of Shane Cofor years and have only wonderful things to say about them They are always friendly & courteous every time I have been there I have never had a problem with my diamonds falling out or even becoming loose I think they are a wonderful company!!

We bought our engagement ring here and only a year and a half later prongs either broke off or were crackedWe lost a family heirloom diamond due to poor craftsmanship and the manager of this place said, "We don't want to make a profit off your loss, so we'll offer you 10% off the next diamond." Terrible customer service, no empathy, and no good better offer to help us replace something that was irreplaceable and lasted years priorWe will NEVER come back here, nor would I ever recommend it to anyone I knowWe decided to go to West Coast Diamond and Gem and we will never turn backThey understand how to keep customers happy and actually adhere to "lifetime warranties"I would give this a stars if I could

I'm questioning the materials used for the white gold and yellow goldI had to exchange my wedding ring we purchase in April 2017, white gold because my finger started blistering! When we brought it to Shane & Company in Cupertino, they said it needed to be "re-dipped" in white gold that the material used worn off (in months by the way) Instead, they did replace the ring at their cost for a gold ring Now in November of 2018, my finger is blistering again from the ring I can tell you, I've NEVER had any problem wearing white gold or gold ever before in my life! While they boast about the quality of their diamonds and craftman's ship, someone needs to look into the materials they are using! I will be contacting them again, but this is just outragous that what they "claim" to be pure gold is causing my finger to blister

I took my wife to Shane Coto pick out a 10year anniversary wedding band to transfer our original Diamond into it!
She found one that she fell in love withWe purchased it and had the Shane Cofit the original diamond into it A few months later we had taken my fath-law to pick out a ring for my moth-law on our account and they had cleaned and checked my wifes ring( but did not document it)A few more months later we took a cousin to pick out a ring to get married and once again used our account and once again they had cleaned and checked my wifes ring and yet again no documentation of it One year and four months after getting the diamond put into the ring, all four of the setting prongs completely broke away and the diamond had gone missing and is not to be found I had communicated with the Shane Coand the only resolution they had come to, because there was no documentation of cleaning, is to sell us a new diamond at their cost It is a kind gesture, but if th

Hands down, Shane Co is the best! Because buying an engagement ring/diamond is such a big & important purchase, my boyfriend and I did a lot of shopping around to weigh all of our options For us, it was a very calculated decision We visited many different jewelry stores in the Denver area (Trice Jewelers, The Jewelry Exchange, HCarter Jewelers, Sal Vargas, Tiffany & Co., Denver Diamonds & Jewelry, Andrew’s Jewelers, Zales, Helzberg Diamonds), and we also did countless hours of online shopping (Blue Nile, Brilliant Earth, Tacori, etc.)Throughout all the research that we did, we kept being led back to Shane Company In fact, we went to the Shane Co store on Arapahoe Road literally times before making a purchase! Even though we probably secretly drove everyone in the store crazy, we were always greeted with the same level of respect and customer service as a first-time shopper, and we never felt the pressure to ‘just buy something already’We owe our great experience to Chelsey! She was absolutely THE BEST! Chelsey is extremely good at her job—she is very knowledgeable on the diamonds and jewelry that Shane Cooffers, she worked hard to accommodate our budget, she handled all of our questions with ease, and she never pressured us into making a purchase She made it a very comfortable and FUN process! When we finally decided to pull the trigger, the whole staff was involved and everyone stayed late for us They kept the store open for over an hour past closing time so that we could finalize our purchases, and believe it or not, we never felt rushed Talk about customer service! I also need to give a shout out to Matt, the man behind the curtain Thank you so much for working with us & our budgetBecause of the wonderful staff (Chelsey in particular), prices, financing options, warranty/upgrade options, jewelry selection, and ease of process, Shane Cohas our business for all our future purchases, and we will recommend them to all our friends & familySimply put, Shane Co is awesome!!!

I purchased my men’s wedding ring in Foster City Calif in I seperated and divorced in I got married in went to Shane Co in Scottsdale Az to get my ring appraised exchange for another ring they wouldn’t give me the value I paid for my ring back in I paid $gold Band with little diamonds.You would figure the ring would appraise or be credited more than purchase price after years .I hear on the radio praising they have the best quality.I myself will never shop there again.I myself recommend The Jewelry Exchange

Shane Company is absolutely fantasticI have visited the location North of Denver and ultimately proceeded to come back to Shane Co and buy an engagement ring at their location South of Denver in Greenwood Village/ CentennialFirst of all, shoutout to Daniel and Robyn up north as they provided us with fantastic customer service and had a no pressure sales tactic which actually led me to come back to the store and browseThe Centennial location was a more convenient location for me overall as I lived minutes away in ParkerAt this location, Tim was the man that greeted me and showed me away to the ring that my girlfriend had liked at the other locationAlong with Tim was JoeThis had been Joe's second day and I must say, by the way Tim treated me, he would make Joe one hell of a team member over there one dayTim and Joe listened to exactly what my budget was (under $4k) and they didn't even try to touch that numberWhen it came to consulting, they asked what exactly I was looking for and came out with a solution straight awayThe setting was already set and stone however, the diamond came down to a cushion or round cut diamond in J or better, Ior better, and around ctHe came out with different options and we ultimately decided that I liked the round cut better (he agreed)He was very generous in asking me if I had made a decision or if I wanted him to get more diamonds out for him to show meI decided that this was the oneSo he told me to just look it over while he puts the other diamonds backOnce he came back, I asked him about financingThey offer 0% financing over months so I went with itI filled out the application and qualified for the financingAfter he walked me over to the checkout desk, they offered me 0% financing over monthsNow while I am going through a job change, I thought I would take the safe bet and go with thatOn my way out, Tim and Joe thanked me for their business and shook my hand once againAnd as I turn away Tim shouts "Hey, tell me how everything goes, I know she will say yes but I want to hear all about it."
I do intend on coming back as I have had such great customer serviceThis company has great employees on its back and I am sure the reason why they are happy is because the company treats them wellI am looking forward to seeing you guys every six months for COMPLIMENTARY routine maintenanceThank you Shane Company and special thank you to Tim, Joe, Robyn, and DanielYou all are superb and I would appreciate bringing you guys my business anytime!

I mailed in my CT Diamond Solitaire Earrings to ShaneCo's Repair Service Center located in Aurora, CO for servicingI followed the instructions on the website, filled out the necessary paperwork and insured my packageShaneCo signed and accepted my package however about a week and a half later, Angela W*** called me to tell me that the envelope was emptyThey "claim" it was not their side that stole the earrings so I proceeded to file claims through USPS which dragged out to over a years time was eventually deniedAngela stated they would work with me to get a new pair after seeing how much USPS would coverWhen she found out the claim was denied, she stopped responding to my emails and callsAfter waiting until the tracking information was no longer available-not sure if there is a statue of limitations she told me there's nothing she can do and refused to give me footage proving their staff did not steal the earringsShe advised me to sue to company so that I can get a
