Hello ***I sent a check via mail yesterday for $I'm sorry I've delayed in responseAs a business we have been trying to keep afloatPayment was sent to her addressThank you, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Action Auto did not follow through with refunding the remainder of the refund, as they agree to do They paid me $1,on March 17th Vanessa said she needed more weeks I gave her weeks They have ignored my text messages and emails, so I took that as they were no longer going to honor the remainder of the refund If there had been communication with me and responses to my text and emails, that would have been at least an indication to move forward with the remainder of the refund In her response she says she needs more time, business has been slow She never contacted after she said she needed more weeks I am attaching my invoice as The Revdex.com has requested The BAR records would need to be subpoenaed My BAR representative always called me and verbally gave me the information I am also attaching a letter I sent to Action Auto, certified, return receipt with all the dates they had my vehicle, which The BAR has as well If Action Auto still is going to honor the refund, that's great That is all I ever wanted I offered to take off the charges from the serpentine belt and oil leak, which is why they say they owe $ With the lack or responses and communication, as they have done numerous times through the past year, I had to move forward and continue to try and get back the money that was paid for repairs never done correctly.Sincerely, [redacted]

Good eveningIt's 11:pm and just now received email regarding Ms*** complainIn response to her issues we have already addressed them with BARI have helped this customer as best I couldShe obtained the vehicle from a family member and expressed she had problems with her transmission
We picked up her vehicle and dropped it offSome parts are mass produced and can encounter a defective partLet's also understand that there is human errorIn this particular case when *** called and said she was still having trouble with her transmission I submitted the warranty on itI even offered and paid for a second option from Bill Brant Fors dealershipAgain we brought the vehicle in and addressed and issues she had with the carOnce the repairs had been completed *** picked up the car from my shopMonths later I get a call that she has submitted complain with BARWhich I meet with a rep and even though I wanted to have yet again another option that in fact it was the transmission itself and not something else that might cause a similar fault I agreed to refund her the moneyThe refund total was aprx$Which I already paid her $Leaving a balance of $I told her that I would refund the balance in aprxweeksNever have I declined to not pay her the moneyHowever, I need just a little bit longer as business has been slowI explained this to herI thought we had already resolved this matterI can provide the copies that BAR sent meI ve made myself avaialbe and being honest in this whole matter*** has the right to her option and I respect thatHowever, Im trying to move forward and will send the balance or a portion of it as soon as possibleThis is unfortunate and ever was this my intentionYou are welcome to call me directly and I will be more then happy to asnwer any questions you miget haveI also have the paperwork from BAR that I would be more then willing to share with you

I am extremely dissatisfied with Action Auto and the lack of response and commitment they made to honor a full refund. The fact remains, they did not fix my car in all the times they worked on it. It was at Rio Vista Ford for almost days while I waited for the refund they said they were going to give me. They did give me $1,out of the $2,they were paid for a repair they NEVER fixed. They lied about giving me a rebuilt transmission, which had a year warranty or 12,miles. They took advantage of me
I am attaching the diagnostic from Rio Vista Ford stating that I STILL had transmission issues after they worked on my vehicle times in almost a year.
I want a full refund. Again, my car was NEVER fixed
If and when this complaint gets closed, I will continue in my efforts to collect the full refund
