I am rejecting this response because: *** ** Business is closed on Sunday's All Sunday's I parked there on a Sunday Signs indicated towing during business hours only Sunday's are not covered under business hours

This person was parked on a private lot that Aveda Hair salon ownsAnd has Customer Parking Only tow away signs postedWas not on a public lotHe was charged accordinglyPerson called times in minutes while walking here for directions. Action Auto & Recovery, Inc

Signs are for guest parking only (you are not). As stated on tow away sign Prmit Parking only. We tow frm there business lot 24/7. If you were not inside you don't park on there lot and go somewhere else. It is private property.

I am rejecting this response because:  the business was closed.  I could not have been inside.  Their response does not make sense.
