Action Gate charged me $to diagnose that one of the springs were brokenThough I asked for an estimate to replace all springs I only received an estimate to replace springs and that estimate was in excess of $I never received the estimate to replace all though I called several times asking to speak to a managerI assume that the cost for would be in the $- $rangeThe estimate for replacing all by Overhead was $Action sales pitch stated that they would apply the initial $toward the repair bill but that now seems like a gimmick since their estimate so exceeded the others that I receivedI found dealing with Action clearly unfavorable and recommend that you remove them from your referral list
Called this company to replace my garage door openerAppointment was made, next day it was done to perfection(thus far)the representative( I believe it was MrTony M(not sure of his last name) was polite, answered my questions and did his job, in a professional mannerNice to know, a professional company and employees exists in this poor customer service state(Florida)From the receptionist that answered my call for help and the rep I thank you
I have been dealing Action Automatic Doors for the past 7 years. Without a doubt it's one of the greatest companies, with absolutely the best of the best employees Jose, who came to fix our door, is just the greatest & so knowledgeable about the products. He had nothing but praise for his employers & the company. He was courteous & patient with us, explaining every detail about what we needed. Then came Emilio, & installed our purchase. Again, nothing but praise for his employers & the company. These young men are true professionals.
I just have to let the public know--- This company is awesome & so so guest oriented..
They are genuine honest, hard working people. Please don't give it a second thought about using them-Your experience will be a great one & you'll be 100% satisfied plus!
