Action Auto of any concerns that he had, as we would have done everything in our power to rectify the issues.Action Automotive has been, and will always be concerned for the opinion of the people we serve Not knowing of a problem makes it hard to address If Mr*** has poor feelings toward our facility and is not willing to contact us with his concerns we can't follow up and change his opinion.As far as Mr***'s "Desired Settlement", we performed a legitimate repair and don't feel that any settlement is requiredAction Automotive would be more than happy to address any concern that Mr*** would bring to our attention of the repair we performedHowever to have gone to the Revdex.com first is not the appropriate way of getting a grievance settled.At this time Action Automotive does not agree with Mr***'s account of events, therefore no action from Action Automotive will be taken in this matter.Thank you for your time and making us aware of Mr***'s grievance. *** ***President
