Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Not only did business sell the car before the day period for me to obtain my property (the custom wheels) they withheld the original wheels at this dealership making the claim that he ( [redacted] ) didn't have possession of the key to open door where the wheels were being storedPer your contract Repossession/ Voluntary surrender in this case "If any personal items are in motor vehicle, you can store them for me and give me written notice at my last address shown on record within 15days (which never occurred) of discovering that you have my personal itemsIf I do not ask for these items back within days from the day you mail or deliver the notice to me, you may dispose of them as applicable law allowsAny accessory, equipment, or replacement part stays with the motor vehicle ( in this case it shouldn't have when customer went to dealer to retrieve original wheels for car [redacted] stated he didn't have the key to door in order for me to retrieve the factory wheels in order to take my custom wheels off car, I have receipt showing where I purchased and removed custom tires that same day without success of obtaining the custom wheelsSure the new customer in car will be beyond satisfied with vehicle as I've practically rebuilt the whole car while it was in my careIf they never do what's right by me I hope they never get a chance to do this to anyone else.Also per contract How to Calculate My Finance Charge Refund If I Prepay: you will figure the Finance Charge refund by the scheduled installment earnings method as defined by the Texas Finance Commission ruleI will not get a refund is it is less than $I Prepaid my note for months at a time...on date of surrender November I was paid up until end of December There are other things I could mention here but out of good taste I feel Karma will come back and expose this business for the front that it really is Regards, [redacted]
