[redacted] did an excellent job of eradicating the viruses and malware on my elderly parent's PC He is ethical, trustworthy and absolutely knows what he is doing Also [redacted] will explain what he is doing to fix your PC & do data recovery

*** made a sincere effort to help me get my printer back online after I installed a new router He tried to talk me through the problem on the phone and when that didn't work, he came out and fixed the problem in about minutes and didn't charge me for the full hour! I was so pleasantly surprisedWhat a relief to get this done, I work from home and not having my computer link to my printer was a very large problem for me He was even able to come out the same day I already put his contact information in my phone I will definitely call him again whenever I have a computer issue

I want all consumers that see my complaint posted about this company to be aware that [redacted], owner of Action AZ Computers, contacted me 15 minutes after I submitted the complaint on-line with the Revdex.com. His purpose in contacting me was to come to resolution on any and all of my concerns. He did not receive the complaint from the Revdex.com until the following day thus you should know that the Revdex.com was not at all an instrument of effectiveness here. Mr. [redacted] moved to satisfy me without any pressure from the Revdex.com. The Revdex.com was a non issue.
 
Any consumer should know that Mr. [redacted] takes his business very seriously and the customer’s satisfaction is of top concern with him. The reason Mr. [redacted] and I were at odds with each other, I come to find out, were an anonymity of his business practices and he has reached out to me and has come up with a number of satisfactory remedies to my concerns. I truly feel in my heart that he would do this for any customer that may have an unresolved issue.
 
I have used Mr. [redacted]’s services in the past and will certainly use him again without hesitation. In fact, I have recommended him to my best friend who has been very pleased with his promptness and professionalism. He too is a very happy customer.
 
I have asked the Revdex.com to withdraw the complaint against Mr. [redacted]. They will not and state their policy requires it to remain. I submit that this is without cause but the Revdex.com will not relent. I asked to submit this explanation and the Revdex.com said their policy will allow my explanation.
 
If you are considering using Action AZ Computers, please do. I know you will be pleased and will have no regrets. My regret is that I was 15 minutes slower in my submitting my complaint to the Revdex.com. All this could have been avoided.

I've had [redacted] help me with my computers a few times over the years. He is very knowledgable, patient, and reasonably priced.

I recommend [redacted] to all my friends/colleagues as a trusted resource.

I use [redacted] when I need to, and he does such an excellent job, I rarely need to speak with him :)

Review: The company was to install [redacted] 7 onto my computer. Once it was installed by the company, the computer will not start in a normal, regular manor. I asked [redacted] to uninstall the program and reinstall it. [redacted] will not and insistes it is my hard drive. He has insisted that I buy one of his. He tested all my hardware and determined all hardware is in good working order. My computer alert says it is an operating system error and to insert the [redacted] CD. Everything points to software, yet he will not reload the operating system. He then told me to buy a new computer from him. He tested my computer and even he said it is fine. But the computer will not boot up as normal. I had my computer tested by and independant tech and it came out in good working order except for software.Desired Settlement: I want the business to perform the service I have already paid for.

I have required services from [redacted] a number of times, and have found him to be quite professional and capable. He has gone above and beyond the normal to solve my computer problems, at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him.
