ABS never spoke to ***We reviewed the document you claim states we spoke to ***, which is a flat out LIE*** has never contacted us*** looked at the situation and saw that we have handled the situation 100% correct***, our processor, states your money was taken from our accountYou can clearly see thatWE DON'T HAVE YOUR MONEY*** has the moneyThey are not releasing to funds either way until Feb 19th I will review the situation at that point and if it is refunded to us, we would be willing to offer a refund but not while our money is being held by *** because the customer decided to start a war, when they were in the wrongPlease also be aware that the customer signed a release which states that the contract was overWe are still willing to help the customerso clearly we are not trying to get over on anyone

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 
Please see attached statement ABS made to our credit card bank, [redacted] in response to our dispute claim.  ABS told [redacted] that they DID do work for us, that there was NO cancellation agreement and that there would be NO refund!  [redacted] believed them and decided in favor of ABS by letter to us dated Jan 9, 2018 (attached).  However, we are continuing to dispute this charge and are insisting that [redacted] continues to investigate.   ABS wants [redacted] to resolve the dispute in their favor again and then [redacted] will NOT refund the money to our account.  FYI, I sent ABS' statement to you (the Revdex.com) today to [redacted] so now they can easily see that they are lying to them and now to the Revdex.com that they issued a refund.    The only reason the $1,580 was ON HOLD with [redacted] is because of the DISPUTE we filed with [redacted].  ABS never issued a refund request with [redacted] and I have attached an email from [redacted] proving that too.I am submitting several pertinent documents that we have provided to [redacted] as well that will show you how this Merchant has promised to refund the money and it has never happened.  I am submitting the following documents for your review:1)ABS Statement to [redacted] claiming they provided us with goods and services and that there was no cancellation or refund due.2) Emails Initiating Project (proves NO work done before down payment)3) Signed Quote4) Downpayment Receipt5) Text messages proving:Start Date wasn't until  9/18/179/16/17: ABS offered to cancel project & refund $1,580.  I agreed.9/20/17: ABS texts REFUND SENT10/2017: Blaming on [redacted] that Refund not issued10/2017: Promising us Cashier's CheckPost 10/24/17: Went Dark6) Emails sending Release and promise to refund $1,580 via [redacted]7) Signed Release Agreement 8) Email from [redacted] stating no REFUND REQUEST was ever initiated by ABSRegards,T[redacted] B[redacted]
