Action Car and Truck Accessories

I went to action to get a 2.5 inch level kit feb 24th of 2015. Got the truck back and noticed a rattling sound, Figured it was ball joints considering the truck has 160,000k got it booked in March 16th where the mechanic said there was nothing wrong the ball joints looked good. I picked up the truck drove it around and could still hear the rattling called mechanic back he booked me back in for April 2. [redacted] the mechanic contacted me and let me know that the driver side suspension mount bolts were backed right off, loose and rattling around. The passenger side was so tight that the bolts sheared off and I was with out any suspention on the passenger side (mechanic took a video). [redacted] I went into action where the owner says he takes no responsibility and they triple check all bolts and use torque wrench on every bolt. He blames me for hitting a curb and snapping the bolts. My argument is if I hit a curb my rim and tire would be damaged the shock takes the impact not the shock mount ,tightening bolts down breaks shock mounts, And if its all triple checked and with a torque wrench and I hit a curb to destroy the passenger side explain the driver side bolts that are backed off [redacted] . They had the suspension off in the front and thats where the damage is. They never touched the back, and the back is fine. To fix the damage the total was $1,276.75. A vehicle with high kilometers, such as Mr. [redacted]', could be subject to a number of issues, as Mr. [redacted] pointed out. We do not believe that our installation job is to blame. [redacted], the store manager, inspected the truck and came to the very same conclusion. Because we wanted to double and triple check, we also checked the opinion of senior managers from various regions, with high caliber technical experience. Everyone came to the same conclusion. We are all disappointed that Mr. [redacted] had this experience, but, cannot be held accountable for the repairs. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I do believe it was actions fault. If all bolts are triple checked how did the driver side back off? I understand the argument for how they think I hit a curb to snap the passenger side bolts , but explain how the driver side backed off if it was triple checked with a torque wrench ?? maybe the wrench was not properly calibrated ... I don't know. [redacted]. If action would have fixed the problem themselves like was first offered the part was 300$. The suspension in the back is fine never been touched, suspension in the front passenger was not even attached the one and only thing that action touched. I don't understand how you can pay someone 1000$ for a level kit, they take off your front suspension then you get it back and the front suspension is messed. The only thing that is wrong with the truck ???? [redacted] The only thing touched is what is broken. Especially when I have all matching rims and tires how is a curb going to snap a shock mount and leave the rim and tire totally intact. totally cost to me 1,276.75
