Review: I rented a vehicle and had bought the insurance through the site I used to set up the rental then this company also charged me for insurance when I had said I already had coverage and now is charging me for their coverage.Desired Settlement: I want the insurance charge of theirs credited back to my credit card.

We apologize for the delayed response, but this consumer rented from an office in Philadelphia, PA that has been closed since the end of December 2014. So I'm not sure where these letters have been being sent to. As long as this customer can show us proof they had purchased insurance from a third party for their rental period we will issue a refund for the insurance amount. I have attached the customers signed rental agreement, which shows the customer accepted and initialed for our insurance coverage (listed on left side middle of contract under "comprehensive/collision damage waiver"). So our paperwork states customer accepted and signed for the insurance. But if they can provide us proof they had purchased insurance for this rental period we would be happy to issue a refund. Please let me know if you need any additional information to complete this complaint. [redacted]
Review: I rented a 15 passenger van on May [redacted] 2015 and return the van on May [redacted] . The rental took a 500.00 dollars deposit and told me once the van is return we will release your money . Well it's pass the 2-5 business days to recieve my deposit and I've been calling to talk to a supervisor or manger, the same disrepectful young girl keep me away from the both . Once she told me that the supervisor was in the bathroom and put me on hold . The supervisor nor the manager made it out the bathroom, I was on hold forever . So I call back and another youg girl answers the phone , with same nasty atitude . Today is May [redacted] and no money and the young little girls won't let me speak to no one . How do I solve this case?Desired Settlement: I would like my deposit back in my account.

Customer contacted our office regarding their $500 deposit issue yesterday on 5/**/15. Customer requested us to send a letter to customers bank to expedite the release of their $500 hold. That same day I faxed the letter to customers bank. Not understanding why the customer contacted Revdex.com in regards to this matter if we did what customer was requesting of us. I have attached a copy of the letter sent to customers bank, and I have also included the fax confirmation showing the fax went through to her bank. Review: I rented a car from Action Car Rental on Wednesday 10/**/14 for 2 days. The rate per day was supposed to be $28.50. After 100% tax it ended up being over 57 per day. We asked why it was so much more and we were told that they have an entire list of taxes that they had to charge. I' have never heard of 100% tax in my life. On top of that...they took an additional $1000 out of our checking acct which is supposed to be refunded after the car was returned. We returned the car on the [redacted] and still have not received our $1000 back in our acct. I called about it and was told it should take 3-5 days to see the money in our acct. Meanwhile...we have personal bills to pay, that will now be late because we can't get our money back from the car rental! This company should not be allowed to hold on to our money this long. We returned the car in great condition and on time. There's no reason they should still have our $1000...Desired Settlement: I want my $1000
