*** *** contacted me "Nick G***" General Manager last week about he's purchase he bought from Action Chevrolet of Freehold Months agoI invited him in to review his concerns and clarity any of the confusionCustomer paid cash with no trade in, so the numbers were as clear as it
could beIn note please keep in mind dealer lost in this saleCustomer signed numerous forms that stated price of vehicleThank you, Mr.Nick G*** General Manager Action Auto Group

I don't believe we sold this customer a vehicle. It says Pine Belt freehold. We no longer mown the store. It is owned by ACTION Chevrolet. [redacted]

The customer was presented and agreed to the items he purchased. The 100 deductible is very common on most extended warranties and is not reimbursable by the dealer. It is an owners responsibility to be paid when the warranty is being used for a covered repair. If the customer would like to cancel the warranty policies he has full right and must request and complete to submission the cancellation forms. The refund will be applied to his outstanding balance of his loan and he will have no warranty. If this is the customers desire the next step is his to take to start the cancellation process.
