This by far was my worst customer everNot only was he rude to me on the phone but I also attached a TEXT message hat he sent me and as you read it you will understand what I had to deal withAfter that text message I received a phone call from the customer to which I was told not to deposit the check that was given to me for the work that was completed because the customer said that he was going to stop the checkI replied to the customer that I will not be depositing his check since he was being so rude and unprofessionalWhen people purchase things on " [redacted] ' they must read all the rules that apply to the purchaseIn this case the customer wanted to scam the system by not paying for the services that he receivedThe room that needed cleaning exceeded 200sqFtwhich would automatically disqualify him from using this ' [redacted] ' coupon for that particular size roomThen on the “ [redacted] ' site it states in “the fine print” section that TAX is NOT INCLUDEDBut to this customer somehow it was not suppose to apply Why is it that he does not need to pay TAXES??? Everyone pays TaxesNo exceptions.Both husband and wife were well aware of the $chargeBoth of them were impolite and the husband [redacted] was very vulgar to meI never deposited their check and there is a copy of it that I am providing for you to seeSince [redacted] threatened me on the phone I told him that I will not deposit the checkI am not responsible for any fees that the customer paidIt was his choice to stop the check not mineI would rather loose the $then to deal with such dishonest peopleThe $check was for the following charges: TaxesTransportation fee Urine removal fee (they have large dogs and there were urine stains that they wanted to be removed) That's all that they were chargedIt was honest chargesNo money was made on their $charge

In this case the customer wanted to scam the system by not paying for the services that he received. The room that needed cleaning exceeded 200sq. Ft. which would automatically disqualify him from using this '[redacted]' coupon for that particular size room. Then on the “[redacted]' site it states in “the fine print” section that TAX is NOT INCLUDED. But to this customer somehow it was not suppose to apply Why is it that he does not need to pay TAXES??? Everyone pays Taxes. No exceptions.Both husband and wife were well aware of the $15.00 charge. Both of them were impolite and the husband [redacted] was very vulgar to me. I never deposited their check and there is a copy of it that I am providing for you to see. Since [redacted] threatened me on the phone I told him that I will not deposit the check. I am not responsible for any fees that the customer paid. It was his choice to stop the check not mine. I would rather loose the $15.00 then to deal with such dishonest people. The $15.00 check was for the following charges: TaxesTransportation fee Urine removal fee (they have 2 large dogs and there were urine stains that they wanted to be removed) That's all that they were charged. It was honest charges. No money was made on their $15 charge
