I have made contact with [redacted] and understand his issueI have made multiple attempts to set up a time to meet him, and when I call his phone number he provided, it Is not in serviceHe also stated he was only in for a rotation and we went "fishing" for workHis wife brought to our attention prior to bringing the vehicle into the shop that she was hearing a sound and could we look at this

I have documented the times I have called Mr [redacted] and have not been able to reach himHe called me to set a time for this Friday, and then called back to rescheduleWe are meeting at the Mattydale location on Saturday the 5th at 8amThe meeting time that he was requesting was 530pm, not 430pmThe store closes at and would need more time to properly look at the vehicle

John S***, Regional Manager of the Rochester market has contacted the customer and requested more informationCustomer informed John that she sent a formal letter as well as a copy of the towing bill to the Corporate Office of Dunn TireJohn informed the customer that once this information was received, he would contact the customer again to discuss how to proceedCustomer was okay with this plan and is awaiting the follow up call

I called the customer on 12-and left a messageI spoke to the customer on 12-We had refunded him the money for the extended warranty the next day after the sale was madeThe customer is satisfied with the tires that he purchased the issue has been resolved

Spoke with customer 11/28/Customer will be dropping car off today at noonCustomer does not have tire pressure monitors on snows, was told we cannot install withoutBecause of the inconvenience we will be installing the sensors at no chargeCustomer said he is satisfied with outcome

Collaborated with customer and agreed to pay the amount of the additional repair bill upon receiving copy of invoice, in addition to send $gift certificate to be used for future products & services at any Dunn Tire location

*** *** In regards to the statement about the phone number given was not in serviceThat is not trueMy voice mail on my cell phone is not set for messages up but the number is validAlsoI did leave a message with the person handling my complaint about a possible meeting on a Saturday and he didn't call backAlbeit it was a short day lead time so I understand. Also when I tried to setup a Friday meeting for 4:pm I was told that was too late basicallyCustomers do workSo I guess I'm expected to leave work early or cancel appointments to accommodate the other persons schedule? I'll be calling again to schedule a time so we can resolve my complaint.*** ** ***

Spoke with *** this morningThe store did not remove the tire from the wheel, and saw nail too close to side of tireTold *** that we follow the RMA guidelines on where a tire can be fixedI have ordered a new tire and will set a time to replace tire at no charge as a courtesyI will be there
to inspect tire and advise customerHe also said he had to spent $to have tire fixed, he will bring in receipt and will be refunded that amount

Contacted customer to have this issue resolved. Dunn Tire will warranty the pads and the rotors on the vehicle. Customer issue has been resolved.
