We routinely provide paid in full statements to consumers upon request, but it is time-consuming and there is a delay, as there are a substantial number of requests However, in this case, a review of this consumer's account does not show any such requests, but it could have also been a lack of properly noting the account We have ordered the two statements to be sent out immediately and apologize for any inconvenience

I am not questioning the fact that it did not update in timeThe fact is that it DID update to "paid collection" on my credit monitoring websiteThis is not what we had agreed toI made it clear that the tradeline were to be deleted in exchange for payment in fullThe fact is that this "paid collection" status that was not verbally agreed upon for payment is going to stick with me for several years and keep me from qualifying for favorable rates costing me thousands of dollarsThings happen to good peopleThis medical collection happened in a period where I was unemployed several years agoI just want these guys to hold up there end of what we had agreed to and not make this a further issue Regards, [redacted] ***

I am most likely only going to get phone calls, again, despite my explicit request NOT to be contacted that wayI do not have all day to wait for somebody to be present at their office to take my call in the first place, and I also do not want to have telephone conversations as there is absolutely no documentation on my end, and they have proven themselves to be untrustworthy. There is still no breakdown of what I am actually being charged for, and quite frankly, I find their inability to type out a simple letter, stating the procedures received and costs still outstanding, ridiculous. To reiterate: I will not be answering any phone calls from ACA, as I have repeatedly made clear that I wish for mail-only correspondenceUnless I finally receive a letter in the mail, stating clearly what it is that they want me to pay for, i.e., what services received at what date specifically, I do not see this matter as resolved

We have taken the number out of the system so the consumer will not be contacted again by telephone We have ordered an itemized bill to be sent which will show all the charges, which is above what the federal and state law requires us to do We are only required to confirm the balance with the client

We are in receipt of this complaint and there was some time required to research it (track payments, review notes and call recordings).  The consumer was contacted about two different dates of service.   The payment of $672.60 was applied on 2/23/17 and cleared that account.  A new...

account was assigned to us on 3/6/17 for $451.50 for a different date of service, which remains outstanding.  This may account for the confusion on the part of the consumer as far as where the payments were applied, but she will be contacted about the open item.  A review of the call recordings indicate no negative or non-compliant behavior on the part of our agent.If the consumer or the Revdex.com has any further questions, we provide any documentation necessary.
