Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Action collection did not require a release of information to speak with the CFPB (consumer financial protection bureau)/FTC I do however give the Revdex.com the authorization to exchange all information required with Action Collections services This is my written release for all files, including but not limited to written, verbal, email and telephonic I have attached a copy of the web page from the CFPB reply from Action Collections They have never been honest with me so there for I do not trust that if I contact them in writing that they will acknowledge the receipt of such an item I have also encountered that problem in the past from them, I have been told several times that "they never received anything in writing from you" I would like to get this matter resolved as quickly as possible for Action collection appears to retain some balances on accounts that have been paid in order to charge extreme high interest to collect solely for themselves THey make impossible for any person to completely remove them from a credit report, since I have been told by those who previously contracted their services that "even if you pay they WILL NEVER remove their accounting from your credit report nor will they update accordingly" That let me know that it is why some contractors have decided to no longer do business with them as well They also have denied that certain employees ever worked for them, especially if a deal was made or the individual engaged in harassing techniques to attempt to collect Please have this item removed from my credit reports with all three reporting agencies.Sincerely, [redacted]
