Let's see, it is really quite simple The only agreement that was made is in the form of a construction (roofing) estimate which was signed by the property owner There was never any "agreement" as alleged by the "boyfriend" and was never asked to alter my bid, nor would I This was an email sent by me explaining Action Constructions Hi [redacted] , Your insurance did not cover the entire cost of replacing your roofing You are responsible for the balance The reason they (your claims adjuster) stated was that it was an old roof at the end of it's lifespan Your roof is worth less as it gets older and closer to having to replace as it reaches the end of it' lifespan It seems odd that I would have to explain this to you as I am sure it is well described in your claim It would be nice to get final payment and not have to tire myself with this kind of nonsense Please go to your bank, or put it on a cardOr better yet I can take credit cards as payment no problem Please make the responsible choiceFeel good about the new roof that is keeping your home safe and dry Let me know how you wish to proceed Sincerely, Terence *C*** The only problem they (she) seems to have is paying for the services rendered

Hi [redacted],
Your insurance did not cover the entire cost of replacing your roofing.
You are responsible for the balance.
The reason they (your claims adjuster) stated was that it was an old roof at the end of it's lifespan.
Your roof is worth less as it gets older and closer to having to replace as it reaches the end of it' lifespan.
It seems odd that I would have to explain this to you as I am sure it is well described in your claim.
It would be nice to get final payment and not have to tire myself with this kind of nonsense.
Please go to your bank, or put it on a card. Or better yet I can take credit cards as payment no problem.
Please make the responsible choice. Feel good about the new roof that is keeping your home safe and dry.
Let me know how you wish to proceed.
Sincerely, Terence *. C[redacted]

Review: June 2013 I contacted Mr. [redacted] of Action Construction to come to my property to give me cost estimates for work involving future construction of a pole barn and finishing out the basement.I produced for Mr. [redacted] multiple architectural drawings of the house and basement for him to review to aid him in producing a basement finishing model and price estimate. Mr. [redacted] asked if he could borrow the documents and I said I preferred that he not take them with him. Mr. [redacted] assured me that he would have them back to me within a week. Shortly thereafter I took advantage of an employment opportunity and was out of town for six weeks. When I returned the documents had still not been returned to me from Mr. [redacted]. I tried calling his cell phone several times and received no answer and was unable to leave him a voice mail message. Finally in early September 2013 I found his business card and sent Mr. [redacted] an E-mail [redacted] asking if he was going to send me the work cost estimates and to return my documents. Surprisingly, Mr. [redacted] responded immediately and again indicated the he would get the information to me soon and the subject documents were being returned. I waited three weeks and again, no response from Mr. [redacted]. I again E-mailed him and this time there was no response. I also tried his cell phone listed as ###-###-####, this time no ring, just an error message. The architectural documents which were provided to me from the previous owner of the property are valued at over $2,000. I looked up Action Construction on [redacted] and apparently there are several other potential customers who have lodged similar concerns about Mr. [redacted] not responding to business inquiries. At this point I no longer have interest in Mr. [redacted] providing me cost estimates. I want the house architectural documents returned to me, ASAP.Monday, September 30, 2013 I contacted Spokane Revdex.com and advised them of the issues with Mr. [redacted] and that I was in the process of filing a complaint.Desired Settlement: Return of House Architect Drawings
