Action Counseling

Review: I payed for an evaluation and had one conducted that was apparently not complete. This was a court order evaluation and they had stated in their review that was sent to the court that I had needed to take classes. I asked to have my assessment sent to a different counseling office ([redacted]), which they did not comply with. Action had eventually called [redacted] and said they did not to a complete assessment with me. This has been a problem for me because Action sent false statements to the court saying they did a complete assessment. I have asked Action for a refund on the Evaluation I payed for that was not complete and they said no. They were very rude and to me seems like they are scamming people.Desired Settlement: A refund is my request. These people had lied to me the courts and another counseling company. I was told that you can handle this dispute professionally, professionalism is not how Action treats their clients, I'd appreciate your help. I honestly believe this business needs to be investigated. Thank you again.
