I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
However, I believe that transparency and a clear line of communication could prevent this situation from occurring in the futureNotifying if payments are in a past due prior to investing four hours in the class may allow customers to pursue CPR classes that are more convenient to them if they are going to pay out of pocketFor example, at a closer location or at a more convenient time rather than communicating this to them after the classI would also suggest that not customers are not asked to complete the billing services for the businessI understand that payment is necessary for the educational services at Action CPR, but it is a daunting task for customers to seek out payment from their employers for the businessAlso notifying customers that they filled out the one page of paperwork improperly before filing it away could be another added service of the business that would prevent barriers between customers in the future.

To Whom It May Concern:Our policy has always been the same with companies that pay for their employees CPR course: we mail the card and the invoice to the employer*** *** was given the option to pay the course fee, $50, and the card would be issued to him before he left,
then he could get reimbursed from his employerHe declined. There was an accounting issue that was cleared up before the end of the day with his employer, * *** ***Because he did not fill out the paperwork correctly we were unable to contact him directly and let him know that his card and invoice was in the mail to his employer. No one told him that he would get his card the same day; he was told that it would be fine for his employer to pay for the courseWe had people from a different company attend that same class, they did not receive their cards, the cards and the invoice was mailed to the employer as is our policyThose students who attended and paid for their course left with their cards.
