On Sep22nd of we performed a Crawl Inspection Crawl space inspection Found that crawl space had some ground water in it previously, but has a low point drain so it cannot fill up Footings have channels through them to drain water Only way to stop all water would be to wrap house with a 4' deep curtain drain The vapor barrier is on ground and to top of foundation wall and the vents are not cut out Vents need cut out in plastic and foam needs removed from vents Dryer vent needs connected This crawl space has had no airflow at allThis needs to be corrected Also recommend having mold checked This is the exact Verbage that we wrote on the Inspection Report As you can see we noted all problems that were found and stated that the only way to completely dry out the crawlspace would be to install a Curtain Drain around the entire perimeter of the house We also noted some things that could be done immediately with minimal cost to help dry out the crawlspace which were to open up the crawlspace vents for ventilation and fixing the dryer vent that was blowing dryer exhaust into the crawlspace I would be happy to discuss this further with the Revdex.com or the property owner Sincerely, Jess R [redacted] 503-932-
