Action Environmental and Construction Inc

I called Action Environmental and Construction several months ago to schedule asbestos removal in the attic. I received a call back from [redacted] who I was to arrange the work with at a later date.
I called [redacted] in November to arrange the appointment but was greeted by [redacted]. [redacted] explained that [redacted] was “still around” so I believed this was a shared business phone number.
We agreed to have the asbestos removed (asbestos ducts in the attic) and all of the boots.
[redacted] was 1 and 1/2 hours late to the appointment, removed the ducts, but left asbestos scraps throughout the attic and did not remove any of the asbestos around the heating unit. [redacted] did not remove any of the boots and he did not leave me an invoice.
I sent [redacted] pictures of his work, spoke to him over the phone, and he promised to finish the work as soon as he could. I have tried contacting [redacted] twice more and have gotten no response.
I then contacted Action Environmental and Construction and spoke to the receptionist about the incident. I was told that [redacted] “took over” [redacted]’s phone number and that [redacted] does not work for AEC any longer.
I paid $650.00 for the work that is incomplete.
