I received your complaint in the mail today about a client's outstanding invoice.

[redacted] left her a message to go over this but we have not had a response. We understand she was under the impression that [redacted] was covering the full invoice and would be happy to delete the remaining balance. I mailed her a letter today informing her on this and have attached the letter for you to view. I am sorry for any issue or mix up this has caused. Please confirm that you received this email and if there is anything else Home Instead needs to provide or do.
