During the summer of 2014 we ran a fan reward program through a platform called Fan Fueled, where customers exchange social media actions for prizes.[redacted] joined the program successfully winning two of the top prizes (One (1) Xbox One and one (1) Play Station 4), to which he was awarded and...

delivered. Towards the end of the program [redacted] claimed three (3) Tents one (1) Snowboard and one (1) Wakeboard, but during that time, we ran out of the Snowboards and Wakeboards. Under the Contest Rules and Regulations it stated that prize(s) are available while supply lasts, are not transferable, neither redeemable for cash nor exchangeable for any other prize.Even though we are not accountable due to the Contest Rules and Regulations, we value our contest participants and in good faith we offered to accommodate [redacted] with the following prices: three (3) Tents and the equivalent value of the snowboard and wakeboard in Liquid Ice product. Unfortunately, [redacted] declined our offer and instead requested a cash prize substitution instead. It was explained to [redacted] that due to company policy we do not give away monetary prizes plus it was against the rules and regulations of the promotion.A resolution has been offered and still stands if [redacted] would like to accept it at this time.
