This is the first I am hearing about thisi would think that as an unsatisfied customer I would contact the management for a resolution prior to filing a complaintwe do have the right to curei plan to contact the customer

Roman Electric Co. offers a one warranty on parts and labor for all electrical, plumbing or HVAC work we perform. This work was reported to have been performed on 01/27/09, well beyond our published warranty period. On June 24, our residential service manager, [redacted], contacted the...

homeowner to schedule an electrician to investigate her complaint. He dispatched our electrician on June 29 for an 8:00 am appointment. Our electrician was taken to a panel in the basement in which there was an inoperative circuit breaker. Our electrician removed the panel cover and determined that there were no wires connected to the inoperative breaker. Accordingly the breaker was not connected to any circuit in the house. Roman Electric Co did not install the breaker in question. Our electrician left without performing any additional work. We did not charge the property owner for the service call. Please contact [redacted] at ###-###-#### with any questions.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I have marked reject because the business has made no offer here to refund my money as I asked and as they guarantee.  They did send me a private email saying they would send me a refund but here I see no such offer so I don't know how I can accept an offer they have not made here.  If they wish to confirm they will refund my money as they did in the private email they sent me I will accept and this will be over and considered resolved.  Anything short of a full refund will not be accepted as I need to pay another plumber.  This should be an easy one for them as they guarantee it in their service agreement.
